At Common Soul, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@commonsoul.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be Stored in Store Credit Only
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
